Narinder Sethi is a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience in the BPO and customer experience management sectors.

As the CEO of Ocube Services, he is spearheading the company’s growth as a disruptive and value-driven player. His career includes prominent roles at Startek, where he served as Executive Vice President, and at Tech Mahindra, where he led the India BPS business and held several senior positions.

A proven strategist, he has consistently driven business transformation and managed large-scale global operations across various industries.

Mr. Sethi holds an MBA from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

My career begins in 1993with the foundation

Early Career (1993-2003)

Built his foundation in operations and sales management at companies like Xerox, RPG Enterprises, and HFCL, where he successfully managed numerous outsourced contact center processes.

Rise at HCL Technologies

As an Associate Vice President, he gained crucial experience in overseeing diverse business operations and prepared for senior leadership in the BPO sector.

Strategic Leadership at Tech Mahindra

Over a decade, he held key roles, including Global Head of Business Excellence and Head of India BPS, where he led a team of over 18,000 people and achieved industry-leading growth.

This period marks his move to the top, serving as Executive Vice President at Startek and now as CEO of Ocube Services, where he is focused on building a new, disruptive force in the BPO market.
