Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Implement and oversee health and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control facility budgets, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Handle emergency situations and develop contingency plans.
- Supervise and support facility staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
