Amandeep Bajwa is an operations leader with 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale contact center and outsourcing operations across telecom, consumer durables, travel, and digital industries. He has led teams of 1000+ FTE, managed P&L, and driven seamless process transitions, Six Sigma initiatives, and automation to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Known for spearheading Green Starts initiatives and building scalable, future-ready operations, Amandeep combines expertise in project management, transition management, and business strategy to deliver sustainable growth and superior client experiences.

OUR HISTORY

My career begins in 2000 with the foundation

Early Leadership in Telecom (2000–2010)

Started at Spice, Reliance, Airtel, and Tata Indicom, rising from Team Leader to Deputy Manager. Built strong foundations in customer care, enterprise contact centers, and testing of new data products like Blackberry, GPRS, and MMS.

Shaping Regional Customer Experience at Aircel (2010–2014)

Led postpaid, prepaid, dealer & outbound call centers for Punjab region. Elevated to Regional Touch Point Experience Head – North, strengthening customer engagement across multiple states.

Nationwide Operations Leadership at Dish TV (2014–2015)

Oversaw PAN India outbound operations for revenue generation and retention. Managed vendor relations, KPIs, and process redesign to improve customer ease and business outcomes.

Transition to Large-Scale BPO Leadership (2019–Present)

At Teleperformance, Shipra Travels, and now Ocube Services, directed 1000+ FTE operations, handled ₹40 Cr P&L, launched NPS benchmarking, Six Sigma projects, and automation, and now leads India Operations & Transition at Ocube, focusing on Green Starts and scalable growth.
