ERP Consultant

Job Description

  • Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project resources, including team members
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during ERP implementations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Project Leader or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Knowledge of business processes and operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
