Role Description
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance by connecting with global customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-first approach. The candidate will work in a fast-paced BPO environment focused on international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls or handle inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product or service information clearly and persuasively to international clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow the established sales process while adapting techniques for different international regions.
- Handle objections persuasively and professionally to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales manager, quality team, and training team to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international sales, BPO sales, telesales, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong sales aptitude with proven closing skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts depending on geography.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
