Job Description
- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
- Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project resources, including team members
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during ERP implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems.
- Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Leader or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with change management processes.
- Knowledge of business processes and operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
