Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Engage with international clients (B2B/B2C) to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for acquired clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Maintain records of interactions and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in international sales / business development within a BPO or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a global client approach.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts / rotational shifts as per international business hours.
