Job Description:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Engage with international clients (B2B/B2C) to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for acquired clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Maintain records of interactions and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in international sales / business development within a BPO or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a global client approach.
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Flexible to work in night shifts / rotational shifts as per international business hours.
