We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Head to spearhead growth across the domestic BPO and contact center market. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, proven sales leadership, and strong relationships across BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, and Government sectors.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can convert opportunities into long-term partnerships while driving revenue, margins, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the growth strategy for the domestic BPO vertical — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and lead high-performing BD teams focused on inside sales, enterprise accounts, and channel partnerships.
  • Develop strong CXO-level relationships with clients and decision-makers across industries.
  • Identify and win large multi-process outsourcing deals in customer service, collections, and sales support.
  • Work closely with Operations and Solutions teams to create competitive and scalable service propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to ensure profitability and sustainable delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Represent the organization at key industry forums and events.

Desired Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the BPO or Contact Center industry (domestic focus).
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing large domestic clients.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, pricing models, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
